The Pike Career & STEM Center offers 20 courses of study in several career clusters. All of the programs/pathways prepare students for high-skill, high-wage, or high-demand occupations/careers, including several that are targeted to enable students to enter the workforce after they pass the class and receive their certification.

Some stats that we are proud of include:

  • The graduation rate for students who attend CTE courses at Pike High School was 98%.
  • Students in CTE courses scored above the state average in ISTEP+ Math & English.
  • 100% of students identified as CTE concentrator students (6 or more credits in a program of study) are
  • continuing in post-secondary education, advanced training, military service, or employment in preparation for CTE occupations.
  • In 2023, 80% of eligible students received the certification that they attempted.

PCC students can also earn college credit in college courses through Dual Credit agreements with Ivy Tech Community College and Vincennes University at little or no cost to students and their families.
